Daily 15-minute CBD Yoga Ritual for Body Awareness ☮

As people living in New York or any big city, it’s hard to not feel like your life is go, go, go.

So it’s important to take the time for yourself to ground back to your present reality and notice how you move in your body. Do you ever notice how you clench here, or bare all your weight there? Body awareness isn’t something our society really teaches us, but practicing Yoga definitely will. SEAL YOUR INTENTION FOR YOUR PRACTICE.

CAT/COW (10 BREATHS)

CROW PREP ( Knees spread apart, heels and toes together. Both hands shoulder width apart, about 1-2 inches in front of feet. Rock back and forth, shifting your weight from fingertips to palms.)

CONSTRUCTIVE REST ( On your back, knees together, feet as wide as the mat.)

SAVASANA ( Meditate for 5 minutes)
